In summer 2019, we were with friends on a motorcycle trip together in the Masovian Voivodeship. It was a very nice time.
Some information about the castle:
The castle in Liw was built on the orders of the Mazovian prince Janusz I the Elder, who before 1429 entrusted this task to master mason Niclos. The stronghold was built on the left bank of Liwiec, east of the city founded in 1421, to control the crossing over the river and was a guardhouse on the eastern border of the Masovian principality.
